The program combines the benefits of a community, the college, and the host company to enhance learning experience. As an Explorer, I have gained useful knowledge in both hard and soft skills. From the host company, I learned how to measure brand impression and performance, based on well-defined KPIs from structured survey data, whilst still upskilling in data engineering and data science at the college. My expectation for the future is to continue to upskill and methodologically apply these skills in problem-solving.

During my traineeship I have learnt to create KPI's for market research survey analysis that tracks business progress and measures impact. I hope to use these skills and industry experience to accelerate my career, helping my organization make more analytical decisions.

Skills I have gained in the "Digital Explorers" programme include statistical thinking, data cleaning and transformation, machine learning, AWS, adaptability, teamwork, and communication. All the experiences and the amazing community I have access to are relevant to my work and personal life now and in the future.

With the skills that I've gained as an Explorer I will be able to advance my career and solve interesting problems. I expect to continue to grow and be a good ambassador for the programme. I hope that the "Digital Explorers" continues to expand to more African and European countries - building relationships and impacting lives.

A major experience that stands out for me is realizing that data science is not about knowing how to code, it is all about analytical thinking and problem solving implemented in code. With the gained knowledge, I see myself becoming a thought leader in analytics. I see the "Digital Explorers" programme becoming the go-to career advancement accelerator connecting Nigerian and Lithuanian ICT markets.

The programme gave me an opportunity to grow and gain new technical skills. From Turing College I learned Data Analytics and Data Engineering, from my host company Monetha - statistical methods. My expectation for the future is to grow this acquired knowledge into full-time expertise in the Data Science field.

During the programme, I have learned to be better data-oriented, thinking more about how data can solve a problem rather than how technology can fit the problem. For me it is all about utilizing my data skills in the business world, helping businesses make better decisions, building strong networks, constantly improving my data skills, and giving back to the data communities.

My time at Eleving Group required me to learn new tools - R Language, Redash, and Azure Machine Learning Studio Web Service. Now, I can confidently add them to my portfolio along to the existing tools like Python and Tableau. I look forward to employing this eccentric mix of skills in any company in any country as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.

Through the programme I had the opportunity to improve both my technical and soft skills. I learned Machine Learning, AB Testing, Model Evaluation, Statistical Analysis, Features extraction, whilst also becoming better at presenting and communicating. I intend to combine all of these skills into being a renowned researcher.

In the future I expect to use the skills that I gained to grow professionally and impact my environment anywhere I find myself. I hope to keep being a great "Digital Explorers" ambassador, be available to help future Explorers as well as getting support to grow from the program too.

I’ve learned a lot from Turing College, especially Exploratory Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis. I intend to use new skills in generating insights that would then be used in forecasting and making business decisions. I also expect to continue learning and staying up to date with the latest technological advancements in order to remain relevant in my chosen Data field.
