OSMOS is a Baltic think-and-do tank with a focus on international cooperation, digitalisation and talent exchange projects with likeminded partner countries. OSMOS initiatives are complemented by analytical activities and cooperation with the media and academic institutions, aimed at generating knowledge for policy through hands-on project implementation.
